Directions

TO OPEN:

1. Unscrew and remove nozzle from top of cartridge.
2. Set nozzle aside. Cut hard plastic tip of cartridge above the threads.
3. Replace nozzle.

TO USE: All surfaces should be clean and free of dirt, grease, oil and old sealant. For gaps larger than ½ inch use backer rod. Best if applied above 40°F (5°C).

1. Cut nozzle at 45° angle.
2. Insert into cartridge gun.
3. Apply sealant, pushing bead ahead of nozzle.
4. Smooth bead immediately after application, before a skin forms.

30 MINUTE PAINTABLE: Sealant can be painted with acrylic/latex paint in as little as 30 minutes at 70°F (21°C) and 50% humidity. Otherwise, wait 4 hours. Apply paint with reduced brush/roller pressure to avoid disturbing sealant. Best if painted within 24 hours. Not for use with oil based paints.

15 MINUTE RAIN/SHOWER READY: Can be exposed to water in as little as 15 minutes based on a 3/16” bead at 70°F (21°C) and 50% humidity. Otherwise, wait 24 hrs.

CLEAN-UP: Wipe wet sealant off project immediately with a dry cloth. Isopropyl alcohol may be used according to solver manufacturer’s instructions.

STORAGE: Store in cool, dry location with nozzle attached. To re-use product, remove nozzle and clean out cured sealant from the tip.
