1. What are the Delivery Methods?

Delivery Options & Information

ROADBULL / GFS FORWARDING (For Medium Size Parcel : 1.5 - 30 KG)

Delivery Fulfillment Lead Time : 1 - 3 Working Days
Delivery Timing : Monday - Saturday (09:00 - 22:00)

Tracking Number is available for ROADBULL/ GFS Parcel(s)

SINGPOST NORMAL MAIL (For Small Size Parcel : 0.1 - 1.5 KG)

Delivery Fulfillment Lead Time : 3 - 7 Working Days
Delivery Timing : Parcel will be send to Mailbox

Tracking Number will not be provided but Customer will be sent a Image as proof of Delivery

SELLER OWN FLEET DELIVERY (For Big Size and Bulky Parcel : > 30 KG)

Delivery Fulfillment Lead Time : 1-3 Working Days
Delivery Timing will be as follow:
Monday - Friday (14:00 - 17:00)
Saturday (10:00 - 13:00)

Not Available on Sunday and Public Holiday

3. What if my product is faulty or defective?

Exchange Policy

Somtimes things might not be what you have expected. We believe that you have the right to exchange for the one you desire! Do check out the information below on how you can exchange your product;

  • Returned to our store at the following location:

  • Product condition will be checked and verified by our dedicated staff
  • Exchange are then made based on the item condition
  • Exchange can only be made within 7 DAYS from delivered dates

4. What if I would like a Refund for my Order?

Refund Policy

For refunds of order, Kindly refer to the following conditions before sending an email to our dedicated staff at contact@tchub.sg.

Refund can only be made if the following conditions are met:

  • All items that are NOT used before or tempered
  • WARRANTY of the products are not activated
  • Come in ORIGINAL PACKAGING (either in Carton box or carry case)
  • NO Missing items or accessories

5. Do I need to have a Paypal Account to purchase via Credit Card Online?

Credit Card Payment

Our e-commerce store provide credit card payment or transaction via our payment merchant, Paypal. However, you do not have to register an account with Paypal in order to make payment for your order. See the illustration below to find out more about how you can purchase without an account in Paypal:

STEP 1

Choose your desired payment method or Paypal for Credit Card payment mode.

STEP 2

You will then be redirected to the Paypal page whereby you can log in with your existing Paypal Account. If you don't have a account, you can click on "CHECKOUT AS GUEST" button to procceed with the payment process.

STEP 3

Enter your credit card information and also choose whether you would like to create an account with Paypal or not to complete the transaction. Once Payment is complete, we will arrange for a shipment and an invoice will be emailed to you shortly. Happy Shopping!

6. Do you provide International Shipping?

International Shipping

Our e-commerce store currently only allow shipping to a local address in Singapore.

But we also provide services to ship item internationally with other means. Kindly send us an email at contact@tchub.sg and our staff will assist you in getting your orders over to your door step!

7. What does Rewards Points do/mean?

TC Hub Rewards Point System

We believe that without you, we wouldn't have come this far. Therefore, we came up with a Reward Point System to give something back to you everything you support us by making a purchase!

Here's some ideas of how our Rewards Point System works:

  • Every 100 Reward Points is equivalent to $1
  • We hold promotion from time to time with regards to Rewards Points for promotional Items!
  • Items on Promotions Page allows you purchase our Item with all the Rewards Points that you Accumulate!
