Striving for usability, this design has reduced the total height and provides a generous overlap allowance that keeps it from slipping easily.
Due to the effect of the uneven outer periphery, it is less slippery when installing an oil filter by hand.
Made of die-cast aluminum, lighter at about 60% of the weight of an equivalent steel product.
Allows combined use of a ratchet and a double box end wrench, depending on the work environment.
Designed to grip tightly even when the filter has been expanded by heat.
